• We collect your name, ID number, G Suite email, course, year level and contact details, plus the appointment details you submit.
• They are used only to manage guidance counseling appointments, referrals and records of Siquijor State College.
• Access is limited to authorized Guidance Office personnel (your counselor and the administrator).
• Appointment updates are sent by email to you, your counselor and the Guidance Office administrator.
• You may ask the Guidance Office to access or correct your information at any time.
